I founded Equisk with a clear two-fold mission: helping riders be the best they can be - and enjoy their riding more - by providing solutions to common training challenges, including ones I faced.

Through making training more enjoyable, and creating cutting-edge products, my vision is that we can make a significant positive impact to horse welfare.

About Equisk

Equisk was founded in 2022, originally launching with a single product: our ever-popular SteadyHands riding gloves.

Clara designed them to help her own students - the first prototype was simply gardening gloves linked together with velcro! Even then, the difference it made to Clara's riding students was amazing, and she knew it was a tool that had the potential to make a huge impact to so many riders.

Many iterations later, SteadyHands was born, and they were an immediate hit amongst riders from all over the world.

Now, having added EngagedRider Resistance Bands and RideStraight position shirts to our range, we are continually working to bring riders cutting-edge products to support them in improving all aspects of their riding.

Our collection is very popular with riding coaches who report significant development in their students' riding skills with the use of Equisk products.

Clara has been blown away and humbled by the feedback from equestrians all over the world, including Olympians and International-level riders in all disciplines, who praise Equisk products for their quality, innovation and impact.

Equisk is based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Australia, which is where we currently assemble, package and ship our equestrian products from, to customers all over the world.

 

Our Vision for the Future

We believe that there is current technology which can change the equestrian industry for the better, and just needs to be harnessed to the right applications for riders and horses - this is what we are working on in our design studio and laboratory every day.
