Shipping Delays

Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday Sale, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual. While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

No Returns on Sale Items

All items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect for assistance.

Purchases Made Before the Sale

If you made a purchase just before the Black Friday Sale started, we understand this can be disappointing. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply sale prices retroactively or provide price adjustments for orders placed before the sale period. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media to stay informed about upcoming promotions and events.

Stock Availability

Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability. If an item sells out before checkout, it will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Due to the fast-paced nature of the Black Friday Sale, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order details, including shipping address and item selections, before completing your purchase.

Gift Cards and Other Discounts

Gift cards may be redeemed during the sale; however, additional discount codes or promotions cannot be applied to Black Friday deals unless specifically stated.

Overseas Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs may be payable by you depending on your country.

European Union - We are VAT compliant in the EU economic zone. This means that you are paying VAT upfront at the time of your purchase, and you will not be charged further VAT once you receive your item.

However, your order may be subject to local government importation duties. Please understand that this is not within our control and due to the complexity of each country's rules, we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be, as we are unable to estimate these in advance.

United States - orders sent to customers in the United States may be subject to tariffs, however the exact rules are constantly changing. As of May 2025, it does not appear that our US customers are being charged tarriffs on their orders under $800USD.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping, handling and merchant fees associated.
